Are There Rubber Bumpers On The Back Of The Fridge Which Can Be Removed?

A customer is being told by appliance delivery agent that the fridge is too deep to safely deliver thru customers' hallway into her kitchen. My appliance delivery agent (I am an employee of Home Depot) is stating that the Maytag MFF2558VEW has bumpers on the back & if cust approves agent removing the bumpers to get into kitchen then the appliance will be deliverable. (Delivery agent is then planning on replacing the bumpers back onto the fridge after it is moved into the kitchen area.
