Nosy Refrigarator
I have a Maytag MBL2562HES (six years old) which just had anew compressor replaced. Ever since thereplacement compressor, a Embraco EGX70HLC, was installed I hear a loud hummingsound coming from the back of the refrigarator. The tech tried to quiet the compressor by only putting 4.5oz of freonrather than the 5.0oz per the specs. Will this change make the refrigarator louder? We have already elimatedall the other fans and damper components. Is it possible that I just received a loud compressor? One other fact,the refrigarator is holding the temperature constant at 0 and 37 degrees.
