Where Is The Filter Located?
I get the error SUDS which i know that the filter has to be clean, but i can not locate the filter.

The filter or trap is generally located inside the machine's agitator.
Why does my washer keep saying suds?
It means you are using detergent improperly. If your washing machine has the word "SUDS" on the display, it has detected an over-sudsing condition, and will stop for a short period to allow the suds to dissipate. This error code is usually caused by too much detergent, or the wrong type of detergent.

OK, well there is a lower access panel on the front of your washer. Stick a putty knife into the seam above this bottom kick panel and pry down on the hidden locking tabs. The lower access panel will hinge down and forward. Then there is a 3" round diameter twist cap you can unscrew to remove the filter.
