No Sound At All

pluged in via optical in - 01 / tried also in - 02. According to the display in the receiver seems data found but why no sound at all. It happends couple of hours after utilizing it in good working condition with perfect sound

possible causes

Mute is on.

The input cable is not connected correctly.

The master volume control is turned all the way down.

The function selector position is wrong.

The center speaker cable connection is incomplete.

STEREO has been selected for Surround mode.

Center = NONE has been selected in SETUP mode.

The surround speaker cable connection is incomplete.

STEREO has been selected for Surround mode.

Surround = NONE has been selected in SETUP mode
