magicJack's 30-day warranty applies only if there's no physical damage.* So if you purchased your device directly from magicJack, magicJack says it won't help you. If you purchased it from a retailer, you must deal with the retailer.

*If you feel you did not cause the damage, you can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.
