Magicjack: My Computer Does Not Recognize My Magicjack Device Anymore.

- if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
- if it's not running,
- if it's not secured in the USB port,
- if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
- if you're not connected to the Internet,
- or if your magicJack device is defective.
If the device is not defective, simple actions will resolve the problem, as outlined here.
If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
