On Screen Majic Jack Phone Pad

The majic jack screen keeps popping up on my laptop when I I start to make a call and then for no reason every once and a while when i'm typing. How do i keep this pop-uip from coming up?

You'll probably have to install a pop-up blocker that will do the job. Check out http://netforbeginners.about.com/od/lockdownyourpc/ss/blockingpopups.htm.
