I Need To Renew My Magic Jack Plus. And It's Impossible To Get My Name Correct

I have renewd my magic jack previously but now MJ shows my name as Henry Henry-WRONG. My credit card does not accept that. My name is Henry Bott 8 Friendship Lane, lmsted Twp, OHIO 44138. E mail is and the code name is corr4ect.
