I Need Help Transfering My Land Line Number To The Magic Jack.

Unable to transfer. I think I need to talk to someone but have found no phone numbers for magic jack support.

You can no longer port to your regular phone number unless you have magicJack PLUS. You'll also need to pay an additional one-time fee of about $20.00. Unfortunately, magicJack does not credit you with what you paid for your current magicJack. You can buy magicJack PLUS at magicjack.com or from Radio Shack. The onscreen setup instructions will walk you through porting your current phone number.

If all else fails, you can dispute charges with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
