Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?
If YES:
- On your magicJack softphone:
- Click "Menu"
- Select "Volume/Headset Control"
- Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:
"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"
If that does not work:
- Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
- Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
- If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.
If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
