Majicjack Is Not Ringing

I have hooked up my majic jack I'd like to know am i on a free trial or is my account already paid for. My majick jack is recieving calls but its no ringing

If your telephone does not ring:

1. Make sure the ringer on your telephone is in the ON position

2. Make sure that the ringer volume is in the proper position

If that does not work:

Try a different telephone

NOTE: Make sure your phone cord (connecting the base unit with the magicJack) is not longer than six feet.
