Magic Jack Telephone Has Quit.

Hi, I'm Ronald. My magic Jack # is (601-653-5916). My magic Jack has quit working. The blue light won't even come on. I checked all USB ports and they all are working. I tried the the magic Jack in different USB ports and that did not work either. I made sure that the USB ports were good, and they are. I tried each and every one, by plugging in other things and they worked. But the Magic Jack will not do anything. I used new phone wire also but that didn't help either. I run magic fix. I have tried all I know to do. Please Help! I need my phone... Ronald...ps If you need to call me my cell phone # is 662-614-2656......Thanks

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

On your magicJack softphone:
Click "Menu"
Select "Volume/Headset Control"
Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
