Magic Jack Payment Issues

I am from Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean and along with MANY other Magic Jack customers in my country, have been unable to renew my annual subscription via credit card. Is there a problem with the site? Live agents have been unable to assist me over three months now and to date.

My first step would be to phone the card provider to see if there's a problem.

Otherwise, you can pay via PayPal *if* you've installed the PayPal plugin. This is a virtual debit card and PayPal will deduct funds from your existing PayPal account immediately upon use. Turn here for more information.
