Incoming Calls

Incoming calls are picked up by magic jack answering service.My phone does not wring at all. Call forwarding is not enabled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Magic Jack as well as diconnecting and reconnecting the whole system with no results. Can you offer me a solution

If your telephone does not ring:

1. Make sure the ringer on your telephone is in the ON position

2. Make sure that the ringer volume is in the proper position

If that does not work:

Try a different telephone

NOTE: Make sure your phone cord (connecting the base unit with the magicJack) is not longer than six feet.
