Hard To Hear The Con Versation

I just downloaded your app and it is really hard to hear and the other pperson on the other end says iyt breaks up all the time and they get echos. Is there a fix? I really need this to work. I have paid for years and this kind of thing happens all the time. I hope you can email me with a fix
