I Fax To A Local Number. Magicjack Asks Me To Prepaid? Why?

I use both voice mail and fax. Do I need to setup for this feature?

magicJack does not mention in its promotional pages or elsewhere any charges for its fax service. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions, but you'll have to bear the cost of return shipping. You may wish to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.

Plug your fax machine into your magicJack, just as you would normally connect your fax machine to your telephone jack. Note: If your magicJack is connected to your computer, make sure that "Normal (Hi-Speed)" is selected. Your fax machine will not work if you have selected "Air Card (3G)."
