Get Error 404 On Phone Menu, Cannot Restart Magicjack ,error Recurs

Error 404,double click here and connect to internet, when i try to initiate magicjack. Online error recovery procedure(s) do not have any effect.Magicjack worked when i first installed it,error occured when i tried to subscribe to a canadian phone no.the system rejected the credit card no. i submitted to their website for changing no. and i have not been able to restart magicjack since.

1)Open Control Panel (Start Menu - Control Panel)
2)Click Internet Options
3)Click CONNECTIONS tab
4)Click Lan Settings button
5)Make sure the box under the Proxy Server section is UNSELECTED
