I Dial A Number,mj Gives Me A Dial Tone. Your Tech Hung Up On Me Sunday.
I spent 2 hours on live chat Sunday and told your top 10% guy I'm not technical, so before he disconnected, he sent me a list of technical steps to follow since he was unable to fix the problem, STILL NOT FIXED. I asked for an e-mail response, received none.
Went through all the diagnostics directed by your techy. My MJ gives me a dial tone at the end of nearly every call I dial, but for a few, the phone will actually ring at the other end, AND THEN HANGS UP AS SOON AS SOMEONE ANSWERS.
YOU HAD BETTER FIX THIS NOW. WHAT'S WRONG OVER THERE? YOUR TECH PEOPLE DON'T SEEM TO READ WHAT IS SENT TO THEM?
