Unable To Pay For International Minutes

Why am I unable to pay for international minutes with my american express card? I go through the process but when to make payment your server will not accept. What is wrong?

Sellers in general select which payment methods they'll accept. That's principally because the sellers must pay varying amounts to offer buyers that privilege -- some payment methods cost more than others.
