Wy I Have 13 Minutes Left I Can Not Make A Long Distance Call.
I just call the answer is I don't have enought money.

You should certainly be entitled to minutes you've purchased. Unfortunately, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
