Unabale To Make Or Recieve Calls On Magicjack.
Unabale to make or recieve calls on magicjack. Magicjack msg: "The customer you are try trying to reach is unavailable, Please leave a message after the beep". What can be the reasons for this and how can it be fixed.

Sorry for your problems.
Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:
- if your magicJack is not running,
- if it's not properly secured,
- if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
- if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
- if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
- or if your magicJack device is defective.
You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.
If however the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.Hope this is useful.
