I Keep Typing In The Same Visa # But It Tells Me To Try Another Card

My first step would be to phone the card provider to see if there's a problem.You also of course can try another card if you have one.
Otherwise, you can pay via PayPal *if* you've installed the PayPal plugin. This is a virtual debit card and PayPal will deduct funds from your existing PayPal account immediately upon use. Turn here for more information.
As a last resort, you can attempt contact with magicJack. You may reach magicJack by writing:
