How Can I Renew My Magic Jack Service Now?

I am trying to renew my magic jack service but when I log in into my account I don't see any choice from the menu to renew my service. also I would like to know If I can renew my service by phone and what number can I call for help support? :)

Go into MY Magic Jack. Click the tab: SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Scroll down till you see RENEWAL, and click that open.

There shouldbe, as on mine, a section that pops up and has the one year renewal to Extend your license for one year and one for 5 years (if I recall correctly).

Hope this works for you, as it did for me.

Good luck with that . On the left of your magic jack screen you can click to go to the website . Then log in and click on my subscriptions and click renew . How ever i have tried and found that if you do not order all the crap add ons that they offer you all the time you are not going to be renewing . they just send you an email telling you that your order is canceled do to high demand for jacks and to go buy a new one at radio shack . customer service is no help as they tell you your account is " under review " . if you ask what that means they tell you they are going to look into it and get back with you . If you ask them again what it means they will stop the chat session. SCAM ! I filed consumer fraud complaint on this with FCC , attorney general and BBB

Go to magicjack.com, at bottom of page click link for customer care/live agent and then click on member features and follow instructions.

Renewal can be done two ways...Automatically from credit card, or annually.

The renewal does NOT take effect until the date of your original purchase. So, if you originally purchased MagicJack, for example, on Dec. 1st. Then, when you renew, say around Nov. 25th, nothing is deleted from your credit card, nor is renewal done, until your original purchase date of Dec. 1st.

Go to Subscription in MY MAGIC JACK and hit renewal button... You can figure it from there.

You can access online help from their webpage magicjack.com and find the link to online help in small print at the bottom of the page. You have to fill out their form and wait in queue for the next available agent, but I'm confident that they can provide the answer you seek.

magicjack.com then go to bottom and click : faq's /knowledgebage,

click the question : when is my annual renewal fee due?

then : click here to log in.

renew and pay right there.

I have the same problem. My subscription expired, and I am unable to renew online. It just goes into a loop. And their technical support does not have any definite answer. They only say that the account is under review, and they will look into it. I've been receiving the same response for a month, with the same answer all the time from technical support.

The only remedy for this is to be sure that you renew your account before it expires. Otherwise, you will not be able to use it anymore and you will be forced to purchase another MagicJack. That's what you call a devious marketing strategy.
