I Just Got A Message To Go To My.magicjack.com And Renew My Phone Number.

When I went to that address, it had nothing to do with reserving a phone number. Please help.

My.magicjack.com is the address of magicJack's software (the "softphone") at which you log into your account. Your question is confusing. Were you supposed to renew your phone number or reserve a phone number? You can always renew (follow these instructions). If your renewal is not due, you can ignore the message.
