Why Do I Have To Fill Out A Registration Form When I Have Time Left On My Sub?

I cannot access my mj and I am frustrated. It's telling me on a screenon top of the dial that I am to insert and make calls even though it is inserted in the usb but as soon as I cancel(close that page, the dial pad disappears with the window that is on top of it, barring me from doing anything on the majic jack dial. I eventually moved this screen and then I saw about the registration crap! I have paid for the service and all day todat from 11:am until 5:00(Friday) I haven't had the service come back as yet, leaving me without phone for the weekend. Thank God for cellphones!!!!!
