I Am Useing My Majic Jack That I Paid For For Five Years And Its Only 2 Years Ol

I had paid for a majic jack for 5 years period and its not yet 5years and it just cut of without no notification what is the problem here Iwould like to know please inform me asap

Sorry you're having problems. We're an independent help site, not magicJack.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions.

As it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
