I Am Receiving An Error #401 On My New Mj , No Support Available

Recieving error 401 on new MJ, any suggestions as no technical support available. This is my 4th unit and have had no problems before.

If you see "Error 401"

On your magicJack softphone, please do the following:

Restart the magicJack:

Click "Menu" on the top right-hand corner
Click "Advanced Users >"
Click on "Restart"

If that does not work:

On your computer, go to Control Panel
Go to Network Connections
Right click on your active Internet connection
Select Properties
Scroll down to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Click on Properties.
In there check the little circle that says ”Use the following DNS Server address”.
In Preferred DNS Server type in: 67.90.152.122
In Alternate DNS Server type in: 67.107.71.186

10. Click OK and OK.

Now restart your magicJack:

Click "Menu" on the top right-hand corner
Click "Advanced Users >"
Click on "Restart
