I Cannot Purchase Ipp Minutes On My Mg Account For Some Reason.

Can't purchase IPP minutes for international calling needs on my MG account. Their support is useless as I have been trying to work with them everyday now for a week. They just refer my problem to higher level of care and tell me to wait. Yesterday I suggested where they couild put Magic and Jack. Any ideas?

If magicJack's own customer support can't help you, I'm afraid we can't either—certainly not with the minimal information you've provided.
