Problem Renewing My Majicjack Service.

My MajiicJack service is about to expire. The information is on my computer screen next to the MajiicJack key board. When I click on renewal section, enter my email address or phone number, then my password it says the information is incorrect. What wrong here? I either need a telephone number to talk to someone or a link to where to and how to renew my service. MajicJack isn't making things easy. Please help me out here.

To purchase service for an additional year or years, you need to click here and log into your account using the email address and password you used when you registered with magicJack. Perhaps your problem resulted from your not using the correct login information.
