Probably, if it's magicJack PLUS. You need to know that not all numbers are supported. After logging in to your account you'd do the following:

Click the "My Subscriptions" tab, and then the "Details" button under "Transfer Your Phone Number to magicJack." Follow the prompts to submit your transfer request. There will be a fee of about $20.00. Here's a lengthy list of supported area codes. Here's a longer list that includes local prefixes.

The original magicJack no longer offers this capability.
