My Majic Jack Phone Number Belongs To Some One Else

Eveything is set up but if someone calls on my cordless phone, they dial my majic issued phone number and they reach another party with that number not me?

Sounds like a magicJack error.

The simplest way to handle the problem is to get a different magicJack phone number. On your magicJack home page, select the My Subscriptions tab and then click the button for Change Phone Number.

Other than that, you can try to resolve the issue with magicJack. You may reach magicJack by writing:

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551.
