Sorry, but magicJack does not offer phone support.

The good news is you may notneed one. magicJack suggests that you be sure your connecting phone cord [from the base unit to your magicJack] is no more than 6 feet long, and that your phone might be at fault. Fellow Help Owl volunteer USPinay has these additional ideas.
