my husband is in alaska ang he call my magic jack but he cant contact the operator says that my magic jack phone number is block

If your husband can't reach your magicJack number, the problem is probably on his end. He should ask for that information from the "operator" who reported the issue to him. You do have the option of returning your magicJack, if it's within 30 days.
