Why Is The Payment By Card Not Working?

Dear Magic Jack support, I have a Magic Jack numberwhose one year subscription was ended in September 2012. I have tried to renew the subscription for 5 years but it doesn't work. The payment by card was not executed. Can you please , let me know what is the problem and how can I make sure that the renewal of the subscription is completed? Thnak you

We're not magicJack support but an independent help site. Before proceeding further you might want to check with your bank to make sure there's no problem with your credit/debit card. magicJack's customer support for the most part is magically lacking, but you may reach magicJack by writing:
