Dear Magic Jack Management:   Belated holiday season to all - Maybe this will lead me to the right direction of how to solve my present magic jack problem.  My name is Virgilio A. Medina, residing half of the time in a year between San Francisco, CA and Overseas in the Philippines.  In January of last year, I purchased a Magic Jack Unit in San Francisco, CA, activated there with assigned number of ( for a ONE (1) YEAR subscription, expiring this month.  However, some time in April, 2012, through your promotional advertisement, I extended my subscription for 5 years which would have new expiration to year 2018, paid in full through my VISA Debit Card.  In the interim, returned to the Philippines back and forth in April and August using along my magic jack.  In late October 2012, for some reason, my magic jack went inoperable thereby having it check with experts as well as technicians from the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co., who had the internet/Router/WHY-FI installation.  Thorough check was made with diagnosis that the Unit is no longer operable. My question, is;  Since my subscription is still valid, having paid for up to year 2018, I plan to return to the United States within the next 2 months, I plan to purchase a replacement Unit, how and what should I do to apply my subscription into the new Unit that I will purchase.  Please email me back of step by step procedures that I should undertake once I return to the U.S.   Trusting that the aforementioned problem can easily be answered or resolve by the Magic Jack Managements.
