My Payment Has'nt Beem Approved Due To Avs. Tried Another Card And Same Results.

Can not get payment approved even though I've used my debit card with more than sufficient funds available. In both methods (also American Express Card) it pops up an AVS failure. My address has been the same for over twenty years and I've provided it such as it appears on my bank account correspondence and statements. Never have had problems with any of them. Pleading for your assistance.

I Just call the Visa Call Center, and they say tha Majick Jack as a merchand have a problem to connect with them, so they can not confirm the transaction, just repeat the transaction later.

I had been having this issue since Dec, 2012 i.e. by trying to buy additional minutes as well as renewing my subscription (well in advance).

So yesterday, as a final option, i changed my "mailing address" to a fictional US address. I then deleted my credit card and re-added the same with the same fictional address.

Next step, i tried to renew my account and add minutes (2 separate tranactions) and guess what I SUCCEEDED.

The AVS is a bloody joke.

AVS means Adult Verification Service. This seems like an issue between you and your card provider. Your only other option would seem to be to use another credit or debit card. Sorry.
