Au Group Electronics does charge a service handling fee (about US$10, and it can vary without further notice) for this renew service. It shows as "shipping and handling fee" at checkout. It is strongly recommend you place a phone call or send them an email first, talk with them for your need and concerns. Please make sure you understand what is the renew service before you place the order. This order cannot be canceled, cannot be refunded in any form.
