Can You Please Help Me On My Magic Jack Service Renewal?

On 2011, I renewed my Magic Jack service for 5 years, Apparently come 2013, I cannot use the services anymore. Please help. I just would like to know what went wrong and what I need to do to have my phone connections working.

You don't provide a whole lot of information, but it seems your renewal failed.

I'm presuming you've checked with your bank to be be sure your payment went through.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
