Go here and use the "Forgot password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers. Providing your phone number will get the information delivered to your registered email address even if you don't remember what that is.

Or you may reset as follows: Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
