I Can't Renew My Magicjack. How Do I Renew It?

I have a magicjack and it says I have to renew it. I can't renew it because I forgot my email and password. Is there any other way for me to renew it without an email and password? Or can I change my email and password? Please I really need magicjack.

Submit this magicJack form to have instructions sent to you for changing the registration of your email address. Then go here and use the "Forgot password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers.

Or...

You can reset your device as follows: Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
