I Paid The Renewal For The Amount Of $31.39, How Can I Register My Device?

How can I register my device using my e-mail to be able to configure my magicJack # (707)812-6445? It always go to the voicemail screen when I press the email word. Kindly check on my renewal payment made and please let the magicJack work. Re-registration is not necessary. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions.
