Need Support With My Magicjack Plus, Its Not Wrking And States Error 3002?

mjp is only a month old,n it stoped wrking ths morning.....states error 3002......how can ths b fixed??????

Microsoft says you can solve this error by rebooting the router. And Ive read where some people changed the USB adapter and it started getting a dial tone because the USB adapter shipped with Magicjack is so incredibly poor quality its faulty upon first use.
