Need Mj Phone Number To Change Phone Service To Allow Med Alert System To Work.

Med Alert system will not work going through computer. Please send information on what to do to change to AT&T. We have confirmation with AT&T - need a phone number for MJ or please send in e-=mail. This is important, thank you for your help. Carol

For information - chat room about 3 weeks ago - they think I have two phones - they have all the information - 1 phone number -trying to bill me for more - there is no more. Then it repeats it on every call I make "having an expired number or numbers". Acount was due for Jan. 3, 2013 and was paid in Dec.-2012 for this year. They have the record for it. For the Med Alert - I need AT&T service to have it installed - important this gets taken care of and need MJ to Port the number to AT&T. I have an order number for AT&T and they need you to call them -said "They cannot get in contact with you" to Port over 815-932-0583. Thank you for your help. Carol Schnell

If you have ATT service, you need only disconnect your magicJack.

Depending on how old your magicJack is and where you bought it, you may be able to get a refund. Follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
