How Do I Get My Messages Left When I Am Talking On The Phone?

I see the number listed in the reieved column but no message comes though if one is left while I am talking. Where do I go to retrieve this? When I had Truevoice I dialed *98 and I could here the message. I thought I was able to do this in the beginning but can`t now. Thank You, Shaun
