My Magic Jack Was Working Several Days Ago, But Is Not Working For The Past 2 D

It is plugged in the lite is on, and I have a dial tone. When I start daling there is no sound, the clock on MJ tick to about 30 seconds, then start over again. How do I get my service working? Thanks, Patti in Texas

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

On your magicJack softphone:
Click "Menu"
Select "Volume/Headset Control"
Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
