Magic Jack For Windows 7

My number on Magic JackI have upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 Home Basic. I am unable to activate Magic Jack in the present operating sysytem. Pl. Help

hello

windows xp is a 32bit operating system where as windows 7 could be 32 bit or 64bit. please check your system requirement and get the 64 bit vrsion. It should work then.

magicJack fully supports Win7, so that's not the problem.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.
