Magic Jack Software Problem

I cant stasrt my Magic jack. I removed the software and reinstalled it, but it keeps only goiung to a video ad window for Magic jack plus. It sayds there is a driver problem with ymax magic Jack and the optiarc dvdrwad-7710H and the Magic Jack team has to connect me to a remote operatoir to assist me but each time they tell me that I get nobody and this has been going on for more than three hours.

Sorry for your problems. As you've discovered, magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking.

If you want to give up on magicJack's so-called support, you can reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.

Or you can return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html. If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
