My Magic Jack Plus Works Fine On The Pc But Not Without?

after renewal, the magic jack plus isn't working (no dial tone) when it is without the computer, the only light that is on is the plus blue sign

Sorry for your problems. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if your Internet speed is too low,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.

As it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
