Magic Jack Connecting To Dsl

trying to hook up frontier modem to phone and computer keep getting error message on phone what am I doing wrong.

We can't tell you what you'r doing wrong as you didn't tell us what you're doing!

Here's the correct procedure:

Hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. With a MAC, double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears. Click "Click Here To Register" or "Click Here for Free Trial." Follow the on-screen prompts. You may wish to consult the independent review at http://the-gadgeteer.com/2011/07/22/magicjack-plus-review/ for more details and pictures.
