I Can Call But They Cant Hear My Answer

Some more probing must be done to find out what's going on here: Are you calling from a home phone or a cellular phone? Does this happen with every phone number you try to call? If it's happening with just one number you call, the problem is likely on their end. If it is happening with everyone you call, you must contact either your cellular or home phone provider for technical support. If you cannot reach them by phone then try chatting with a support representative online.
